Donuts - Worth it?

Donut dilemma. Or (pizza or ice cream)

We all have a food we truly enjoy. Often it seems to talk to us.

So let’s put it in perspective.

Take a donut. Tastes good. Ave calories per donut: 400, fat 20, carbs 50 and sugar 22.
Typically takes you less than 4 minutes to eat it… 4 minutes!

To “burn” that off:

You need 1 extra bootcamp.

Is it worth it?

Or you could walk 5 MILES, takes 80 minutes; or run a mile burn 75-100 in 10 to 15 minutes, or swim freestyle for an hour.

4 MINUTES VS 1 HOUR.

Is it worth it?  Maybe?  Maybe not? At least know before you bite.
